Our Returns Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned within 14 days of purchase
The goods must be returned unused, and in the condition which they were sent out. We will not accept back soiled items, so ensure when trying on rugs etc you use a clean sheet under the rug to ensure it does not get grubby and covered in hairs.
Re-package the goods in the original packaging ensuring the original labels are attached.
All returns must be accompanied with a note stating your name, address and order number along with reason for return and state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund.
If you require an exchange we will have to charge you for the postage costs of sending your replacement item.
Return the goods to the Post Office or other courier, and please ensure you retain a certificate of posting, and that the goods are insured against loss or damage. All goods are your responsibility until received back by us.
Damaged during delivery, defective, or not what I ordered.
You must inform us via email or contact form within 24hrs of receipt if any item is received damaged. You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost.
I want to return an unwanted item.
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we may not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

When will I get my refund?
When you send your item back to us, within 5-7 working days of receipt we will process the returned item and make a payment back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with.
