How Fast Is Delivery?

 

We understand how important quick delivery is to our customers so we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as is possible with most leaving us on the same day of order. Occasionally there may be a delay and if this is the case we will let you know as soon as possible. 

 

Are My Personal Detail Safe?

 

Of course. We operate using Paypals secure payment system which means we don't and indeed can't store or access any of your card details. All paymenst are made through the secure, safe Paypal server so you can shop with the confidence of using one of the worlds safest and secure payment methods.

 

Can I Return An Item Even If It's Not Faulty?

 

Of course. We understand that shopping online can be a bit daunting for some buyers and so if you change yor mind or decide the item is not for you then you may return to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund/exchange. 

Please note: The only exceptions to this are safety wear (Body Protectors, Riding Hats/Skulls) & bits which we are unable to accept.

Please ensure to include original order details, contact details and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. As long as your item is in it's original, unused condition with all tags & packaging intact then we will be able to process your return promptly.

 

If you do require an exchange please include a note stating what you would like and contact details so that we may contact you to take payment for the postage costs of sending the replacement item/s.

 

I've Received A Faulty Or Incorrect Item?

 

We pride ourselves on stocking good quality hard wearing  items and all products are QC checked before dispatch but occasionally faults do slip through the net. If you do receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us customerservice@nelsonsequestrian.co.uk to inform us of the problem. We will then advise and rectify. We will likely require any faulty products to be returned and once received and the fault verified we will refund/exchange along with a refund of the postage costs of you returning the item to us.

 

Do You Have A Physical Store So I can Collect My Product?

 

No we are currently online only and the address on the website is for returns and correspondence only.

However if you live in the Rugby and surrounding areas we may be able to arrange for you to collect or for us to offer a free delivery option. Please contact us for further information
